Terrible experience. I used their service to try and serve legal court documents (required delivery for signature and time sensitive). I clearly stated I needed signature delivery and even gave a specific time of day for delivery attempt to make sure the person could sign it (they give you that option to choose time frame). They instead processed it for no signature required. Put it under the person's matt in front of their door. So I did not have my signature proof of delivery. Very rude on the phone! It was like I was inconveniencing him by asking his cross streets. I Iwouldn't go after that, I had to choose a different location.
