Excellent customer service today with the only employee present on a busy morning at 11AM. I didn’t catch his name, but he was a young man with black glasses and handled multiple clients with various demands with a wonderful attitude in an effective and efficient manner!

Terrible experience. I used their service to try and serve legal court documents (required delivery for signature and time sensitive). I clearly stated I needed signature delivery and even gave a specific time of day for delivery attempt to make sure the person could sign it (they give you that option to choose time frame). They instead processed it for no signature required. Put it under the person's matt in front of their door. So I did not have my signature proof of delivery.
