The young woman at the counter today 12/31/24 at 1pm was extremely polite and helpful. She had a great attitude and greeted customers cheerfully. Nice to see good customer service isn't dead.
Wow. Never been to a fedex so determined to do a bad job and argue with customers about nonsense they don't understand. Not stopping here again. What should have been a 5 minute trip took 25 because of their incompetence
