Great customer service and quality prints! Super fast and reliable.
Awesome and knowledgeable staff. I had to send several 2-day envelopes but then my printer died. I called the FedEx store and spoke a staff member mentioned that because I have a FedEx account I can request that my labels be printed there at the store. That saved the day!
Tried to place a print order online. Had an error I needed fixed before they printed. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone in the store or through customer service. No help.
If I could give no stars, I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and worst attitude from both employees working at this location today. I will be contacting higher up in regards. I am a supervisor in customer service and if these were my employees, they would not be any longer.
