First time going to this location. Didn’t get everyone’s names, but I was helped with printing a shipping label and having an item packaged and shipped with no problems and quick help from everyone.

Endal was about as fast as a sloth. The store smelt like cigarette smoke and I'm assuming it was the manager who was on his cell phone talking so loud it was difficult to hear anything else. Definitely not a great place to do business

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a FedEx facility. Rude Bearded Employee with a pony tail handed me a tape gun after I told him I just needed my box taped up for shipment. My company spends hundreds of thousands of dollars with FedEx. I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this sad display of customer service. I will not return to this location.
