I would was standing in line today .And I was in line talking to this lady. And this old dude come out and ask this lady if she needed help and I clearly was in line and he ignored me. And then this other lady went in line ahead of me and they waited on her. Horrible store I don’t recommend anyone going there.
This is my first time commenting on a FedEx, but I just have to say these guys are awesome! I had a difficult problem today that required a lot of extra work and they came through and helped me get it all sorted out very impressed with their professionalism and care! Thanks guys!
won't take a QR code given to me for a label to ship. how am I suppose to ship a package via fedex
Last week, they did good help. ------ Before 5 months Good that I did not use printing service here. Already a customer has a problem there with the printing service and no help from the store people.
I went to this location for picking up delivery the lady and the front were so rude and didn’t want to help me with my delivery schedule, She just told me call the fedex number instead of coming to the location, She could’ve resolved my problem instead of being rude but she chose not to. Would never use this location and not recommend to anyone.
