Pre printed my label so easy package drop off
Endal messed up the order and was extremely slow in handling shipping its a shame considering my past experience at this store was great.
Please ensure employees are properly trained. I came in earlier this morning to complete a simple pre-paid shipping label for a package from Canada. I had already tried to do this online, but the website was not working. Both customer service and Google indicated that this service could be done in-store. When I arrived, the staff member told me they could not provide that service and even said customer service and Google were wrong. This was frustrating and a waste of time.
