Please ensure employees are properly trained. I came in earlier this morning to complete a simple pre-paid shipping label for a package from Canada. I had already tried to do this online, but the website was not working. Both customer service and Google indicated that this service could be done in-store. Best customer service I’ve received at a FedEx location! Grayson was specifically super helpful and attentive. He helped me scan large format blueprints quickly and instead of just pointing me in the direction of the scanner he took the time to scan the pages himself and make sure the files got over to me.
First time going to this location. Didn’t get everyone’s names, but I was helped with printing a shipping label and having an item packaged and shipped with no problems and quick help from everyone.
