They lost my package they cant give an explanation what happened to my package. I gave it to them and they just cant keep track of it??

I’ve been to this location many times for a variety of reasons: copying, laminating, shipping, printing. They are faultless in their customer service. I was there again today and thanked them for their efficient, professionalism and great customer service. Kudos!

Unfriendly staff, we came to drop stuff off but the Manager said they are out of boxes, a bunch were seen on the rack. Couldn’t answer questions for Dropbox either. Won’t come again.
