I often have items requiring signature sent here rather than home so I don't need to be able to get to the door when the driver arrives. FedEx has been stumbling lately with deliveries and 800 Customer Service is horrible but the team at this FedEx Office have been very helpful.
Usually pretty decent service. Staff was slow on the greet but happy to share his bodily belches in the store...is that new training? Not sure why people select customer service work if they don't want to do customer service. A little more annoying once you've worked in a high volume print shop...
