Horrible location, rude employees, no help. Waited for 15 mins just to be told that the clerk was not doing anything about my order.

It’s 8 am opening time. I’m standing outside, and no one is here to open the store. I specifically booked a hotel near to this FedEx so I could print things off before an important business meeting. Very unprofessional. There’s multiple customers out here. My day has been significantly altered in a not good way because of FedEx’s failure to respect its customers and open on time.
