I went to FedEx this morning and had the BEST customer service ever. Nice employee helped me print a label that was legible and I was able to get return sent. Highly recommend this location in McKinney. So nice to run into helpful employees who care about its customers. Have great day as you made mine.
I had an awesome experience at FedEx, and Arthur was incredibly helpful. He assisted me with my printing jobs and took the time to explain different options. He even suggested products and materials that turned out to be much better than what I originally expected. Arthur provided excellent customer service, was very knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. Everything came out perfect. I really appreciate the extra effort—highly recommend working with him!

I often have items requiring signature sent here rather than home so I don't need to be able to get to the door when the driver arrives. FedEx has been stumbling lately with deliveries and 800 Customer Service is horrible but the team at this FedEx Office have been very helpful.
