Customer service was fine but these FedEx delivery drivers not handing it over to this On Site properly

The older lady is always short and rude Younger lady is wonderful. This morning I went in at 9:15 the gate still closed. older lady was in there and saw me with my packages she just went back to what she was doing . I waited a few minutes and left ill find another location later today
