Do not go there they always try to upsell you a box even though you have your own box it is not a FedEx policy that it has to be in a brown box bought by FedEx. That is a complete lie. I called FedEx and I spoke to the customer service department as well as I called The HEADQUARTERS in Memphis, Tennessee. I spoke to someone there and they told me that as long as it’s in a sealed box, you can even have a logo or something on it.
