Awesome Customer Service!!
The older lady is always short and rude Younger lady is wonderful. This morning I went in at 9:15 the gate still closed. older lady was in there and saw me with my packages she just went back to what she was doing . I waited a few minutes and left ill find another location later today

They were right about waiting 1 hour
I went to send back a Return during my lunch break but this location was closed until 2pm. Nothing on the webpage states that this location will be closed at any point during the day. I always use the Brown Company, never had this issue
