What a joke. After reading such glowing reviews of people getting great passport photos here, I went here to get mine done. The woman quickly said, um, we can't be cause our camera is uh broken. I am not even lying. (Which means she was totally lying. It was busy and the last thing she wanted to do was take a photo. So lame. Don't come here. I called the other FedEx in the area (79th & 3rd)and specifically asked if their camera was working and when is the best time to come in and he said it was working but it was charging. H... read more

Horrible service today by the woman in the counter this morning. In other location we were able to process returns and instructed without a box and just drop off the item. Now if this is not how some returns are process then just say so nicely. It was another customer who actually taught me how to do the QR code to print ahead. It’s not like there is a huge sign. Being nice goes a long way, otherwise don’t be in customer service. I understand you may be alone and probably had to repeat the same instructions all day long. But... read more
Great service ! Needed a poster printed same day and they were able to accommodate me. They went above and beyond to assure the poster was printer.
