Failed to put trackers on bags I needed shipped - one is missing now.
I cringed to give one star, this location, while the store manager Heidi Rodriguez was the most awful person I encountered. Extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL towards me yesterday. I hope FedEx headquarters are reading this. She deserves zero stars!! I highly recommend going to FedEx on 1292 1st Ave, New York, NY 10021. They’re kind, helpful, and professional. Ty and Rosa treated me very well. Complete different from how I was treated with Heidi Rodriguez (the store manager) SMH!!!!
