Great service!
Disrespectful Service and Possible Bias I had a very negative experience at this FedEx location. The employee with the braided hairstyle was openly rude and dismissive from the start. He refused to ship my two packages together as requested, completed only half the task, and made me feel unwelcome throughout. What concerned me even more was the noticeable difference in how he treated Black female customers — being friendly and flirtatious — while showing clear indifference toward me, a white woman. 2nd time going to this location at different times. I believe this place dont know what customer service is. I kid you not the female worker there need training on customer service it seen like your annoying them. The only employee that seem to want to help is Mr Nelson. He was the only one helping multiple people at once while I watched other sit behind the counter and stay in the back room . 5 star for Mr Nelson work ethics.
