Respectful, nice and willing to help
Don’t come here for shipping any returns - they will scam you. I came with sealed and labeled packages (as I have about 15+ times before with no issue) and they claimed my packages were not properly sealed just so they could charge me money to repackage them. Assuming this was the store manager - (very rude & short man who doesn’t know how to speak up) , actually tore open the package before I told them I wanted to buy packaging. Don’t come to this location, they will try to get you to spend money for no reason.
The self-service area is a joke of a scam. The *only* place it says that *everything* from this table is “express only” is on the BACK of the box. Not on any of the signage, not beneath their multiple logos, only on the underside of the items laid out. The fast drop-off option doesn’t let you purchase boxes so I waited 20 minutes to lose even more money on a return item.
Rude staff
Went in yesterday in store to mail out a fed ex package. I’m one of those people who treats people with respect and dignity. I go up to the next associate available and my first interaction is hello how are you in a very cheerful manner since I am a happy person. The evil glare and meanest up and down look you could imagine from the heavy set Black female associate with braids and glasses was appalling. What a miserable unfriendly person.
