The team working at this FedEx location is simply the best. Geleel helped me on 2/14 with shipping my package and was simply just kind, thoughtful, and of course helpful with shipping my item. But really, the entire team has always exuded a simple kindness each time I have come in to ship or pick up a package. Walked in here 15 minutes before closing time on Superbowl Sunday, just to check prices on color printing of a 90 page document. Instead, Geleel and Kamiyah stayed 10 or 15 minutes late helping to walk me through this and I got this printed without the need for another visit-- which alleviated so much stress, as this was for a visa appointment later in the week. Thank you, thank you for your kind, efficient, helpful service!! You really made this a pleasant experience.
I had trouble printing my documents and the guy with the dreads ( sorry don’t know his name) was ready to help. I know I had a lot of pages to print out but he honestly he didn’t mind and didn’t seem annoyed at all. I had about 70 pages to print and he printed them out smoothly. Thank you so much again , I really appreciate it !
There is a very helpful and caring team in this store. After there was a misprint in one of my orders, they worked to resolve it and keep me updated. I appreciate all the work they do!
