There are not enough words to describe the delightful, efficient, warm and amazing service we received from Johanna the Manager. She navigated through, multi tasking and assisted everyone especially the elderly that needed that special attention. I needed to get passport photos (both print and digital) for a passport renewal. CVS's camera was broken and I ended up here. Despite technical difficulties, Fedex staff were very helpful. You get the digital print on a FedEx USB drive.

Johanna was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure every detail was just right. She truly made my printing job feel easy and stress-free from start to finish. Her communication and support went above and beyond my expectations.
