I'm shocked to see that they only have a 3.6 review I've never had a bad experience went in this business and I am there two sometimes three times a week they always have my items ready and waiting they always greet me when I come in the door it's always clean I never had an issue with anyone in there or with any of my orders everybody in there is super friendly I highly recommend Drum Hill FedEx

I am writing this to report a disturbing experience and a total lack of accountability from FedEx. On April 14th, between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM, I was harassed by a FedEx driver. The incident occurred as I was exiting the first set of sliding doors at the Walgreens entrance (1161 Bridge St, Lowell) and heading towards the second door leading to the street.
