Lori was extremely helpful in getting my printing job completed. She kept me looped in on all the options available to me. I also want to note here that she also stayed calm and focused whilst there was a disruptive and oblivious customer arguing very loudly with someone about a private situation on speaker phone… So thank you to Lori!
To begin with, I am a calm, tolerant person, but this service at this FedEx branch made me put my business aside and waste my time writing this review... I am so outraged by the rudeness and incompetence of Mr. Tony (FedEx employee). So it all started with the fact that for the last three months the postman at our address began to stick notices on the mailbox, although ON THE NOTICE ITSELF it is indicated that it have to be leave and stuck ON THE DOOR of the recipient of the parcel. Whoever was at the store December 8th 2024 @ about 1.30pm told me to return my lithium battery package to either location in either Canoga Park or Northridge as they are, the centers who will accept this package. After glorifying how they went through training about this information, they are wrong. I went to Northridge only to be redirected to the location in Pacoima.
Tonny was the best! Great customer service when I came in to drop off a return. I was missing something and he quickly fixed the issue. 100% recommend. Had a better experience here over UPS return and I do a lot of returning! Thanks Tonny!
Phoenixx is wonderful! Had to come in to pick up a mounted poster and she made everything so smooth. This was my second time to this FedEx and the customer service has always been fantastic. This will be my go-to for my FedEx needs from now on.
