People are so rude in this place, they need a whole new training on customer service. They don’t listen and do what they want and end up making mistakes and waste your time. The lady at the front desk is rude, incompetent and needs training. Someone in HR should go undercover and see how rude and incompetent this staff is. Probably the worst Fedex store. If you don’t enjoy your job, go find somewhere else to work.

She went above and beyond to help me with my needs, demonstrating professionalism, patience, and a genuine willingness to assist. Thanks to Lori’s dedication. I am not one to typically leave a review but I am really hoping Bertha gets the recognition she deserves. I needed to print and laminate this sign and she went above and beyond to help me even though it was so close to closing time. I really appreciated her help and friendly attitude. She made this first time experience a great one!

Lori was extremely helpful in getting my printing job completed. She kept me looped in on all the options available to me. I also want to note here that she also stayed calm and focused whilst there was a disruptive and oblivious customer arguing very loudly with someone about a private situation on speaker phone… So thank you to Lori!
