Long wait times, poor customer service, staff who seem unwilling to help, and employees who are not properly trained on how to ship internationally pretty much sum up the experience at this location. It’s really disappointing. It was not like this before

I needed 100 cards with a digital picture ... I sent them a very high resolution file and they made the cards.. Way more cost than Amazon.. And they made it blurry. I told the guy this is a very important card and I need it to look much better than this and he said well it doesn't look blurry to me. meanwhile he's wearing glasses that are as thickest telescopes and he had eye boogers and food cream cheese on the side of his mouth completely disheveled. Kevin was the main person who helped process my FedEx order, and he was honestly one of the best customer service leads I’ve ever worked with. He went above and beyond, along with Jair, to help me ship 9 heavy boxes individually across the nation. They were patient, kind, and spent nearly 40 minutes making sure everything was handled correctly. I will never shop at a place that does not like dogs. This place is one of those places. What are they afraid of a box getting peed on? Ridiculous.
