Kevin was the main person who helped process my FedEx order, and he was honestly one of the best customer service leads I’ve ever worked with. He went above and beyond, along with Jair, to help me ship 9 heavy boxes individually across the nation. They were patient, kind, and spent nearly 40 minutes making sure everything was handled correctly. I will never shop at a place that does not like dogs. This place is one of those places. What are they afraid of a box getting peed on? Ridiculous.
Michael was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He got stuck alone on shift, but navigated multiple tough customer interactions while waited for our urgent job to finish right before closing. Can’t recommend this location or Michael enough!
