Osiel was amazing! He had great customer service and was incredibly patient the whole time. Even with some unexpected difficulties, he stayed positive, helpful, and made sure everything got taken care of smoothly. He handled his tasks very effectively, and I really appreciated his professionalism. FedEx is lucky to have him!

This place is absolutely terrible. Beatriz and Jarrett couldn't be more useless. There was a line full of people and instead of helping the customer first they would rather scan and tape up other items instead. No, not how it works. Its customers first and then once the customers are helped you do those duties. Dont go here.
You let people send out package overseas and don't take any info from sender and now package and important documents stuck in customs for over 2 months and can't get it! This is your service rep not asking receiving side phone number or email either! Terrible service!
