Came to this FedEx to have some stuff printed behind the desk and tried to charge me a 2.50 fee on top of having to pay for the 2 black and white pages I needed printed. What a ripoff. Just went printed it out at the self service desk on my own for the price of the black and white pages. There was 3 ladies working in the back, not doing anything but the want to add a charge of 2.50 to get them to do their job. Oh silly FedEx, this is why you and your employees suck. Customer service was terrible, employees were avoiding me I had a prepaid package just wanted to drop off so rude smh.
The self-serve equipment and resources are great. Staff members have always been great. The problem is that often they don’t seem to have enough of them. The place always feels as though it’s running on a skeleton staff.
Just want to give everyone a head's up this location won't accept packages wrapped in brown shipping paper. Their conveyor belts could rip the paper, leading to the label being ripped. I asked the employee if I could tape the entire package to prevent tearing, but they tried to upsell me a $29 box to put my package in rather than accommodate. I took my business to UPS who had no issue with my package. The difference between the price of UPS and FedEx label was less than $2. It's no wonder UPS consistently leads in the shippi... read more
