VANESSA WAS AMAZING! She treated my family with patience and kindness while planning a sweet 16 party that included a lot of detail. She walked me through color, size and quality of materials for what we needed. Vanessa assisted with care and helped make our big day wonderful! I highly recommend this location because of her customer service along with other staff members!
OMG, I received the best customer service since I moved to California. This awesome guy named Jarrett. Upbeat, positive, knowledgeable, great sense of humor. I had some important documents that I needed help with on Sunday and yesterday. He took care of things. Exceeded my expectations
