Jared provided some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a FedEx location. His attitude was extremely negative, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout my visit. Instead of simply helping me with what I needed to pick up my package, I was sent back and forth unnecessarily, forcing me to make multiple trips in the hot weather. Terrible experience with FedEx. My package containing an expensive iPhone was marked as “Delivered,” but it never arrived. I spent over 3 hours with customer service and got no answers—only told to wait for an investigation. Completely unacceptable. I will never trust FedEx with valuable shipments again.
