Moises G was at the counter. I ran into the store, I sent in files to be printed less than an hour ago. I told him I had been called in to cover for a call out. I needed those papers for the next business day. He said not to worry, he printed them, and handed it to me within 45 minutes of closing. He made my day!! Thank you for an outstanding customer service.
TOTAL SCAMMERS!!! I sold an item on eBay, packaged it securely with thick cardboard and filament tape, and brought it in with a QR code to ship. The assistant manager, Tahoura, refused to accept the package because the box “wasn’t straight enough” — and then forced me to pay $50 for them to repackage it. Their boxes are actually thinner and offer less protection! Completely disappointed with the service here — I would avoid this location at all costs.
