Anyone horrible customer experience with Fedex in the DC area. It is almost like they have a mandate to treat their customers poorly. I had this experience with a representative over the phone. First I was given incorrect information, then was lectured by the rep. It was so poor that I decided to cancel the order with vendor and place another order on the condition they did not use Fedex.
