Is it so hard to call the costumer before marking the delivery as missed signature? Waiting for my package 1 month and still struggling and can’t even pickup from any location nearby. I give your 0 stars because FedEx < any other curriers
Bad
Do not go here for passport photos because they will NOT be compliant with US passport office requirements. Shadows on the background. Shadows under chin. Half of face is overexposed. Having a window off to one side and a dark wall on the other and overhead lighting is a recipe for disaster. How can FedEx offer passport photos as a paid service when they do not comply with federal regulations?
Customer service and front desk help are all amazing. My complaint is about their system and website updates. I did everything I could as a customer to get the delivery team to contact me after the first missed delivery—it requires a signature. I called three times to confirm the delivery date and time, but neither the representatives nor the website gave me accurate information. Guess what? I missed my package again!
