I had a terrible experience with this FedEx shipping location. I paid $257 for a very small international shipment, and the employee strongly recommended adding insurance because my products were worth around $800, which I clearly informed them about when shipping the package. Later, my package was lost. When I tried to get help, I found out there was no direct way to contact FedEx customer service through this location.
