came in a little stressed trying to ship something out for my biz and austin totally saved the day. he was patient, super knowledgeable, and just had the best energy. walked me through every step, explained my options, and made the whole thing way less overwhelming. you can tell he actually cares about helping people, not just getting the job done. the kind of person who makes you feel like you’re in good hands. i left feeling lighter and grateful!
printer was down. Only one printer. Had an important document to print. Defeats the purpose of a print center.
Was told that I should just take my shipment to the corporate location across town. I've done a lot of business through the location and shipped larger items. I'll just go elsewhere.
