This location is rarely open during its posted business hours. Frustrating to say the least. We give up and will drive 10mins out of the way for a location that is reliable.
Deducting 3 stars for rudeness and lack of manners. Deducting another star for being closed in the middle of the day. I wasted a half hour waiting for the lady in charge to come back from lunch. She finally opened the door at 2:10pm, even though she knew I was outside waiting. Didn't apologize for making me wait. Absolutely cold, unfriendly, and completely lacking in basic customer service etiquette.
The store manager was extremely helpful when I came to fill out my passport application and when taking my photos!
Middle of the day and the gate is shut. I've seen literally 5 other people in the last 5 minutes trying to use FedEx services here. Where is staff?
