I wish I could give them a ZERO, worst service I’ve ever received. The lady with blue hair was rude and dismissive and the reason I won’t use FedEx again….if I behaved like her at work I’d be unemployed.
This store offers good customer service experience. Shout out to Brandon for his positive attitude towards work and patiently answering all queries of their customers while maintaining a smile.
We had worked with Brandon on different occasions before. We came to Brandon for help on a project we were doing. He was so very helpful and went out of his way to help us.

I had a blanket shipped with a prepaid label and was charged an additional $15 after the item was shipped because the person who entered the weight put it as 13 lbs instead of 3!!! Now I’m out another $15 on this sale. How does this even happen. Very upset and will never come to this location again. NEVER LEAVE WITHOUT A RECEIPT. I want to know how I get my money back!? This is unacceptable..
