Whoever the owner is of this franchise, please do not let your employees mess up your business. Every single time you lose customers because yours hours show open online; but your employees are never available and work when they want. Was in & out less than 1 minute with a prepaid label shipment. Easy.
Failed to deliver to an address in the middle of Manhattan, despite address label being 100% correct. FedEx reps are no longer giving refunds when THEY fail to deliver packages. Do not use this company unless you absolutely are forced to.
Received another note on my door to pick it up at this location, the website says it's available for pickup, went to the store and it's closed, they should be absolutely ashamed but they clearly have none. This package was supposed to be delivered a week ago, I've tried multiple times to pick it up to the point that I'm sick. I'm opening a complaint with the state business board
Showed up after closing and the lady was nice enough to help me ship my two boxes. Thank you very much for your kindness!
