Fedex is terrible period but this location is extremely worse. Believe that
The Lady that runs that store is just a miserable human being. She clearly doesn’t want to be there and has a terrible attitude. She needs to go to customer service school
Lady super difficult when Walmart.com says to repackage and drop off. She is refusing to print label and put it in the packaging. Refusing to do her job! Took package to another location and ZERO issues. Sad I had to waste the gas for someone to do their job.
The thing with glasses and wrinkled shirt is complete waste to deal with. Don’t bother go to a different location
Seems like everyone has a problem with the same lady by the looks of other reviews. The lady with glasses, I believe her name tag said “Micki.” She asked me “What’s in the box?” while shaking it. There is zero reason to shake the box, what if it was a fragile item? There is also zero reason for her to know what’s in the box, I have NEVER been asked that at other places. It just seems very suspicious.
