The front desk experience was very disappointing. The employee assisting me was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. She avoided eye contact and repeatedly asked me to “hold on” while texting on her phone during the middle of our transaction. I initially tried to be patient and give her the benefit of the doubt, but the lack of attentiveness made the experience frustrating.
