Honestly I was having a crappy day and the lady working there, T, was the sweetest and a ray of sunshine. Truly excellent customer service from her. It's not often you walk out of a store and think, "wow, that was such a nice worker" but she definitely was the BEST.
I’m actually shocked this place has such bad reviews because I’ve never had any issues. Yes, they should have more staff on the busy days, but understaffing isn’t the employee’s fault. “T” is AMAZING. She remembers the names of so many regular customers and is kind and patient with everyone. She’ll even remember my kids names and ask how they are. It’s seriously top notch customer service.

I placed an online order for a print job this afternoon, expecting it to ready in the morning. It was completed in about an hour! The young lady (wish I knew her name) exceeded my expectations, and I sincerely appreciate it.
