Listen I personally work for FedEx Express. This location is one of my stops on my route. Whenever I stop by to collect my packages, I always witness and experience superb customer service from all employees. However T is one employee who stands out far more than the others. She welcomes myself and everyone with respect. She deals with the customers in such a delicate and concerning way. Slowest shipper around never wait any where near that much UPS!
Thank you for opening until 6pm on Saturdays! I've been here multiple times with no idea of how I was going to ship my items. I've always had my problems solved and solved very efficiently. Thank you so much for the great work you do.
Sylvia went above and beyond helping my large corporation ship more than 40 irregular large boxes!!! She checked multiple sources for pricing and inventory and even called other stores for me. She was unbelievable and helped me do MY job.
