Went into FedEx and while waiting in line had to listen to two employees.. an older white woman and a heavyset middle-aged male employee loudly ranting about “illegals,” scams, and criminals right after helping these Spanish-speaking customers. It was wildly inappropriate for a workplace and made both me and another customer visibly uncomfortable, we both looked at each other like wow okay and what made it worse was the obvious assumption that because I’m also white, I’d somehow agree with the conversation. I went to pick up an online order today and realized I’d ordered the wrong paper size for one of my documents. Darius was so patient while I resubmitted a new doc, and then he re-printed everything properly and made sure it was all correct before I left. SO helpful!
This location is always friendly and helpful when I’ve had to ship items.
Listen I personally work for FedEx Express. This location is one of my stops on my route. Whenever I stop by to collect my packages, I always witness and experience superb customer service from all employees. However T is one employee who stands out far more than the others. She welcomes myself and everyone with respect. She deals with the customers in such a delicate and concerning way.
