Terrible customer service! The front desk girl so unhelpful and miserable working ethics!!!! Should be a better staff because this place sucks!! Never come back to this place!!!! Horrible
There is a line of people to make copies and there are 4 workers who refuse to do it behind the counter.They are literally doing nothing while everyone waits terrible customer service.
Staff is actually so rude. Every time I come to this location, certain employees give me a problem. I was shipping out an item from eBay and for no reason she wanted to cut the package open with a box cutter. I wanted to ship something in an envelope and she said I need a box when I’ve shipped items with an envelope before. Will never go here again. They sit at the register doing nothing and make you wait.
I had an excellent experience at the FedEx store in Nanuet yesterday. I needed to ship a relatively large piece of art to Florida and after going to 2 differentt FedEx stores and 1 UPS store I finally received accurate information and good service. Prior to the Nanuet store I received 3 different prices which were all higher than I ultimately paid. Amarus in the Nanuet store was extremely pleasant and helpful.
