As a loyal customer of this location for years, I’ve spent a considerable amount of money on business printing and valued the staff’s practice of reviewing orders before I leave. During my recent visit, this step was skipped, and I discovered my order did not match what I submitted. When I raised the issue, I was told I submitted it incorrectly and was dismissed rudely. Beth and Jai were incredibly rude. I’ve never used FedEx before other than returning things, when we walked in, there was a whole slew of people available to help on 7/29 at about 11 am. I walked up to the cash register and stood there for about five minutes before Jai acknowledged me and then told me I needed to go wait behind this other person Beth was helping. We had a terrible experience with an employee at the Ladue FedEx office around 5:40 PM today (Saturday, June 28). The employee was noticeably rude and impatient. Before I could fully explain that I urgently needed to send a letter, she interrupted me and abruptly directed us to another FedEx location, stating it would be open until 7 PM. I went into the store at ~3 PM on 3/30/2025. There were two individuals working, a man and a woman. I successfully printed a single piece of color paper for ~0.70 but was having difficulties printing a 3-page black and white PDF. I would send the PDF to the email (as directed by the signs in the building) but would continually get a response email indicating that no attachment was sent.
