Both times I’ve gone to do Amazon returns the older woman behind the counter has been nothing but rude. Terrible customer service.
The older lady that helps you retrieve a package or helps ship a package is rude and inconsiderate. The other employees are nice, which is why i'm not giving this place one star
4 workers stand around talking. would not take prepaid package in to scan for receipt. keep asking to drop it off at kiosk. I ask for the 3rd time, still want to make me drop the package off at the kiosk. the receipt at kiosk has no value, not consider a real receipt if package lost.
Having Beth assist me was a monumental disaster to say the least, she tried to overcharge me multiple times, add things that I didn’t need and tell me I needed them, pulling items out of my hand aggressively, Being extremely rude, lying to me, Not admitting to any of her mistakes and blaming it on everything else but herself. Shes extremely incompetent And extremely slow So if you see an older woman wearing a mask and rubber gloves, pray to God that you aren’t next in her line.
