I was amazed by how the store manager Felicity Was to me just now during my short visit to this location. The computer system that I tried using was terrible and antiquated, so I had to email documents to the staff for printing. As I asked clarifying questions to understand how long it would take for the documents to hit their system, Felicity stated to me that patient is a virtue, and gave me a little side eye attitude at the same time. Dear FedEx Customer Service, I am writing to express my concern regarding the ongoing customer service issues my company has consistently experienced at your 8805 local facility. Our company relies heavily on FedEx for overnight shipments on behalf of our clients, and this location is used exclusively due to the reliability of the carrier. The service of this location has drastically declined over the past few months. The staff is rude, unwilling to help, and treats their customers like they are incompetent even at the smallest questions or concern. I have frequented this location for years and always had wonderful service until new staff have seemed to take over. This location is close to my home but I will now be going out of my way to a different location just so I don’t have to engage with the employee who work there anymore.
DO NOT COME HERE. This place is horrible. The worst customer service and without apology. They do not care. I would like to think that this doesn't reflect the company overall as a whole. Unfortunately, someone is turning a blind eye to the extremely unprofessional employees who are probably just poisoning it for everyone and a company who once has a stellar situation. At this point will never do any business with them again.
As a loyal customer of this location for years, I’ve spent a considerable amount of money on business printing and valued the staff’s practice of reviewing orders before I leave. During my recent visit, this step was skipped, and I discovered my order did not match what I submitted. When I raised the issue, I was told I submitted it incorrectly and was dismissed rudely.
