One person working, and they were being rude to a customer. They saw me, and didn’t ask what I needed help with. I had to approach them at a different counter to receive service. Frustrating experience and don’t wish to return.

This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. It was my first time visiting this FedEx location. I’m not a frequent FedEx customer, but I needed to ship something and already had my label prepared. I didn’t have a box, so I asked the person at the desk for help, and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Worst interaction with staff. Dropping off a package should be easy and relatively friction free; it’s not at this location. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Absolutely would not recommend — find another location, literally any other location.
Just came by at 6:37 and the doors were locked. I guess during the busy Christmas package season they need a break.
