This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. It was my first time visiting this FedEx location. I’m not a frequent FedEx customer, but I needed to ship something and already had my label prepared. I didn’t have a box, so I asked the person at the desk for help, and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Worst interaction with staff. Dropping off a package should be easy and relatively friction free; it’s not at this location. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Absolutely would not recommend — find another location, literally any other location.
Just came by at 6:37 and the doors were locked. I guess during the busy Christmas package season they need a break.
The customer service at this location is unpredictable, at best. Some employees are friendly and helpful while others seem to loathe every customer that walks through the door. Today, Tyler at the copy counter was kind and professional. Thanks, Tyler! Meanwhile, Beth at the shipping desk was rude, bordering on hostile, from the moment I stepped up to the counter. Agree to other reviewers, the employee in this location are rude. Only been to this place several times but none of them make me feel OK. They talk like a "boss", act like a "boss", directing you around for wrong reasons. I just came by today and the lady looked at me and say, is that the only coat you have? With such a judging tone, as if she is some kind of superior being or something.
