Austin gave me a suggestion that made my experience today greater than I thought. He took the time to ask me questions about my goals that I wasn’t thinking about. He made me feel apart of the FedEx family. Coming back just for him and his customer service

I was assisted by an employee who showed a complete lack of professionalism and willingness to help. At no point did he try to be patient or supportive with my communication. Although I do not speak English perfectly, I do understand it, and I could clearly notice that he was speaking about me to a colleague during my visit in a disrespectful way. The printing process at this store is very slow after emailing documents, it takes at least 10 minutes just to receive the print code, which defeats the purpose of using technology for quick service and seems to be due to poor internet. On top of that, the staff member tried to explain scanning by calling it “common sense,” which came across as rude and unprofessional, especially when the overall service itself wasn’t efficient. Overall, a frustrating and time-consuming experience.
