Wow!! Thanks to the gentleman with the dirty blonde hair, who might have been a manager, but I am unsure since I was in a rush. He had gracefully helped me and pointed to where and what I had to do concisely. I wholeheartedly thank him and appreciate his patience. Not enough good people like him. I don’t return things often, maybe once in like 5 years and not familiar with how things are handled lately. Thank you again!!!!

I tried to enter the store once, but I was accosted by three masked employees. I was trying to pick up a package. They yelled at me and told me I needed to Wear a Mask. I had an Alpha Pro Tech N95 mask (Particulate Respirator) in my pocket that I brought just in case something like this could happen. I am Asian with a High IQ, and my friends and family call me a Forward Thinker. Anyhow, it does not seem like FedEx Office is interested in contacting me to apologize for treating me poorly.
