When I drive, I like to see how many FedEx's I can stop at. This is because I can't let go of my previous relationship with my ex, who's name was Fed (short for Fedrecia) going to FedEx makes me feel like there's still a chance. Fedrecia, if you're reading this, reach for the stars.
I had a prepaid return label printed and yet they charged me $11.41 to ship it. The store manager said sorry this is for services. This is really ridiculous. The customer service is very poor and now the desperate to charge on a prepaid return package. My advice to anyone is to question the charges before you pay, better yet go somewhere else. When I called the customer service, I got the runaround and was transferred to different department on purpose. That’s how poor the customer service at FedEx.
I went right in, and they assisted me very quickly. I dislike this location being in a walmart, but not much else in the area.
Today I went to this location to get Fax service, but I experienced the worst service from the lady in fedEx customer service even though she is a manager and her name is Kalah. She is on the phone while I was trying to talk her and she even didn’t respond to me. My suggestion is don’t go to this location FedEx.
