FedEx has become one of the most frustrating companies I have ever dealt with as a customer. Over the past year alone, I have experienced repeated delivery failures, missed delivery attempts, constantly changing delivery estimates, poor communication, and multiple situations involving packages worth thousands of dollars that disappeared while in FedEx’s possession. Went right when I got off and was in the store at 5:50 with a prepaid barcode to send Gfiber equipment back. The email said I was supposed to be given the packaging and return label but the girl (blonde with 5” fingernails and a lot of makeup) took my equipment and threw it up on a shelf with no packaging and then handed me my receipt. She was rude from the beginning of the interaction. I asked her if I could see her package it or me package it so that I know all of the equipment makes it in there and she said no they aren’t... read more

Terrible service. Lady at the service desk told me that I needed to print my sheets off before she could laminate. Once I did then told me she wouldn’t do it. Had a horrible attitude the entire time. I would go anywhere else to get print work done.
