Drop off was quick, easy and no waiting line.
2-4-24... I don't know the name of this gentleman running the office this evening, but he showed great customer service skills! I wish I had 15 people like him working for me! This wonderful employee was on top of it every second, assisting all other customers with great skills! I wish I would have caught his name, but he is a great office manager!!
Brian, the manager, absolutely lost our business for good. Our company spends over $500+ in shipments so I hope this reaches the RIGHT manager. A few days back, on a Tuesday afternoon, not busy at all.. I came in with my orders to ship to different companies.
