2-4-24... I don't know the name of this gentleman running the office this evening, but he showed great customer service skills! I wish I had 15 people like him working for me! This wonderful employee was on top of it every second, assisting all other customers with great skills! I wish I would have caught his name, but he is a great office manager!!
Brian, the manager, absolutely lost our business for good. Our company spends over $500+ in shipments so I hope this reaches the RIGHT manager. A few days back, on a Tuesday afternoon, not busy at all.. I came in with my orders to ship to different companies. I was nervous because this Walmart is a disaster, but not this FedEx. Service was fast and super friendly. I was in and out and confident my package will get to it's destination.
Very immature for no reason. Read my tracking history to me as he read it himself as if I was a child and I was so nice the whole time even leaving him I was like okay thank you and he's so rude for no reason...
