I've used this store often and on 17 Mar @ 11a, I tried again. The older man at the counter was a wiseass and generally a jerk. I left and went to UPS. That guy needs retaining or "reassignment".
The staff at this FedEx location were lazy and made me feel unwelcome. Poor customer service and no effort to assist. Won’t be returning.
Date is Sat Feb 13, 2025 and they closed early. Time is about 330p EST
The sign says they’re open 10am - 6pm on Saturdays. However, on 2/15/25 at12:12pm, they are closed! Lights off, doors locked.
Drove quite a distance to find they aren’t actually open on Saturdays even though it is posted on the door that they are. Had 2 other people pull up wanting to drop off packages at the writing of this post. 12:40pm. Disappointed.
