I’ve had great experiences using this location for brochure printing. I really appreciate the efficiency and wonderful service I’ve received here!
Helpful and Kind!
Terrible customer service. I went to pick up posters that I ordered and they were done incorrectly. When I told the associate that it wasn’t correct he proceeded to argue with me and said “I guess I don’t know what I’m doing then right?” The manager confirmed that they were done wrong and that the associate would fix them. When we went to pick them up the second time he dropped them on the counter in front of us said “here” and walked away. Never going back to this awful location.
I came here one time to ship something out and I was in and out with no hassle. I observed them being patient when helping difficult customers.
