Awful Customer Service. This was a 2 day process, I never received a call or email from FedEx in Norwood, Ma about a package arriving. Day 1 I received an email from a generic FedEx account that my package had been returned to sender because drop off at the FedEx in Norwood was denied. When I went to the FedEx office in Norwood on Providence Highway they were unaware of who sent me the email and said they do not do that.
