Impossible to get anyone on the phone and sometimes the phone says it’s out of order. Also, I can’t submit a print order online to this location. Horrible.
This location is Worst service and their manger has zero customer service in this location. They don’t know what they are doing. Save your trip guys. I chose for urgent shipping and they ring me up for 2 weeks delivery. Please don’t go to this location.
The employees at this FedEx location are truly very kind. Mr. Richard printed everything for me and helped me with absolutely everything, even staying until closing time. I really appreciate it thank you so much!
This place sucks with it's old technology
Josue Aguilera, if youre going to leave reviews on customers website who conduct business with FedEx, you probably shouldnt be working at FedEx. i will make a formal complaint with you boss to make sure you know this isnt acceptable.
