I brought in a package and was told it needs to be dropped off at a specific location because it was a “dangerous good.” That was understandable. They gave me a piece of paper with info on where to drop it off. I made sure to follow all the instruction on the info sheet. I even tried calling ahead of time to “schedule a drop off” like the employee at the store told me. Every since they have changed staff and management in this location, it has vastly improved! I enjoy going to this location and doing business with them now. Keep up the great work, you guys are awesome!!
They do not deliver on the “Purple Promise” at this location.
Aiden is incredible. I had issues having a package delivered to me and couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the FedEx website/1800 number. I went into the FedEx store and Aiden helped me. Although there wasn’t anything Aiden could have done, but he did manage to give me a lot of info, and get me connected to a support line. He did everything he could to help, even though he couldn’t. Amazing customer service.
