I come to this location often, most of the time early in the morning, and I must say the blonde gentleman, I think his name is Josh, that is always there in the morning is so knowledgeable and kind! He always helps me work on my projects and makes sures that my packages are shipped efficiently! I can’t say enough of this location he is always willing to help with the best attitude and always has suggestions one what paper would look best on my projects! I really hope management know what a gem of an employee they have!

I brought in a package and was told it needs to be dropped off at a specific location because it was a “dangerous good.” That was understandable. They gave me a piece of paper with info on where to drop it off. I made sure to follow all the instruction on the info sheet. I even tried calling ahead of time to “schedule a drop off” like the employee at the store told me. I called the dangerous goods hotline, and tried to schedule it, they transferred me to regular customer service. That person then had trouble finding any kind... read more

Every since they have changed staff and management in this location, it has vastly improved! I enjoy going to this location and doing business with them now. Keep up the great work, you guys are awesome!!
