Ok, the plaza here sucks, needs to be paved and it's not well laid out (like some other nearby plazas, someone sure had weird ideas here back in the day). But the folks here were pleasant and it wasn't busy at all and my shipping experience was pleasant. I have a few FedEx's equidistant from me and I still choose to come to this one.
Josh was extremely kind and helpful. I went in kind of clueless about some DIY cupcake toppers and he helped me come up with the most cost effective way to get my project printed. He went out of his way to help me laminate and cut out the individual pieces, just went above and beyond and made sure I was happy and satisfied with all of it start to finish. Thanks so much for making the process so smooth!

It was simple. The team member provided info so I could make an informed decision. It was very affordable. 2 day service was 9.75. Wow. The store is a 40-minute round trip for me. I would use FedEx more often if it was closer. This was a trip of necessity. Great store. Great customer service.
Thank you to the sweet woman who repacked my package for me!!! So weird to leave a review for a fedex but I showed up with a shoe box wrapped in brown paper and didn’t realize that fedex won’t ship a package wrapped in paper. I’m nine months pregnant so little things like help from a stranger really mean a lot. 🙏🏼
