I called to get some help, but Kaden was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. I asked if they could print a newspaper announcement that is currently trending. His response was no, saying his boss is out of town until the 20th and that he doesn’t know how to do it. I then asked if they were doing any type of printing, and he said no which is surprising considering they are a printing company.

Showed up at 5:57 to find a sign saying that they were closed. I called the store while sitting in my car and the call was ignored by the employee that was on the computer. She came up to the door, then appeared to unlock the door, but apparently locked it instead. Today is Saturday, February 14th. I had the box labeled and just needed to drop it off. Don't day that you close at 6 if you close earlier. Now I have to cancel this label and get a USPS label and drop it of at the post office drop box. This will take over an hour... read more

Fast efficient service. Second day air drop off. They put my package in a standard package size (flat rate box) and saved me a few bucks. Drop next day and second day by 5pm.
