What lazy management. So when I come to the counter for human interaction, you demean me, and then insist I use your robot for my drop off and refuse to service me. The scanner sucks and no one is at thr front counter. Wow!
I had a very poor experience with the FedEx staff member. His attitude was extremely unprofessional. Even though there were 40 minutes left before closing, he refused to help me and told me to leave, saying, ‘I don’t know anything, we’re closing now,’ despite the ample remaining time.it’s was just question!!!!!!!????
Walked in carrying a heavy box with only one person ahead of me. Anthony asked if I had a label, then immediately pushed me off to another associate who was already busy. When his customer left, Anthony stood there doing nothing and playing on his phone, completely ignoring me while I waited. Another associate had to redirect me back to him, and only then did Doreen step in and rush through the transaction. Anthony clearly shouldn’t be ignoring customers.
