Came in today to get a blueprint printed Doriene (I believed I spelt her name correctly) was a huge help! She was patient with me as I was figuring out everything to make sure it printed to the right size! Getting this particular print job done has been difficult for me over the past weeks but Doriene changed everything around and made my trip today smooth and easy! Thank you Doriene!
Today I came to this fe ex to mail a parcel with my son and wife There was a black guy at the frond desk with Long hair who asked me for the address and as I was pulling it on my mobile he so aggressively yelled that I should have pulled up before . Right away I decided to leave with my family because I didn’t feel safe at all ! Rude staff and bad service.. I had an international courier and showed them the correct address but still the guy kept on arguing and would not change the address. I would not go to this center again.
There is an African-American guy with dreadlocks at this location that I spoke with today. He was helping me with faxing vs mailing and trying to help me make it as cost efficient as possible because I had a lot of pages to send. I just wanted to say he was very helpful and pleasant and knowledgable! And he went the extra mile to help me and I really appreciated that!
