My company had a rush print order that was very complicated and involved a lot of special instructions. I went to the store and helped the rep AJ navigate it so they could get it done the way we needed. It was not an easy task. I was there for an hour and a half and they assisted me the whole time checking in at each phase so I could verify correctness.
