There is an African-American guy with dreadlocks at this location that I spoke with today. He was helping me with faxing vs mailing and trying to help me make it as cost efficient as possible because I had a lot of pages to send. I just wanted to say he was very helpful and pleasant and knowledgable! And he went the extra mile to help me and I really appreciated that!
Very bad service...
Just got here to ship 2 heavy suitcases to a relative who moved back to the west coast. The store is closed despite the store hours clearly indicating it should be open. I’m an elderly person who was relying on help from my son. Now I need to return tomorrow and shlep the cases myself. I am not amused.
I was refused service here returning an e-bike do to lithium batteries. I thought all FedEx shipping offices would have trained employees to deal with hazardous materials. I feel like the guy working there just didn't feel like dealing with it working on a Sunday by himself. Was in there 4/12/26 around 2:30 PM
What lazy management. So when I come to the counter for human interaction, you demean me, and then insist I use your robot for my drop off and refuse to service me. The scanner sucks and no one is at thr front counter. Wow!
