Had to ship 2 x 47lb boxes to Australia. Sam was knowledgeable and patient, had a friendly can-do attitude and willingness to help despite being the only team member in store. He even stayed after closing to make sure everything was in order with the packages. Definitely an asset to FedEx
They should change the hours in the web because it says open, I when and at the door say at 9 😡 just waisted my time .
I have come into this store numerous times for print jobs and now to drop off packages to mail. They have been polite, timely, and helpful every time. They answer the phone promptly when I call, and have even expedited print jobs by request with zero difficulty.
George is a WIZARD! We were having so much trouble printing for my friend’s wedding and he worked so hard to help us out!
