What a night and day difference from the horrible experience I had at the UPS store nearby- these guys were quick, straight to the point, super helpful and got me in and out in 5 mins! Painless experience and great customer service - thank you very much!

Fedex service is trash. If you ever need help with a package, you'll never get it.
Beware this place if you are using a prepaid shipping label. I was charged additional shipping fees without my knowledge. Has never happened at any other store. I would recommend the Postal Annex by HEB instead.
Emett was professional and kind. He answered my questions and provided the best shipping option to fit my needs and budget. He is a great part of the team. I make a point to go to this location because the staff is always friendly and i feel valued as a customer.
