Hours are not correct. Online says open noon to 6 on Sunday and its 2:40pm and it says out for lunch until 3:15. Please update hours online so people don't need to wait 30 minutes.
Dropped off a return package, in and out 1 minute.
I don't use this word loosely...but i hate fedex. Everytime i have a packaged shipped by their service, there is a problem. This time i believe the driver stole the package. I've tried calling fedex to make a complaint but cannot talk to a person. Only a stupid automation that is not helpful in the slightest. I will never use fedex if i can help it. I bought from a website that did not mention using fedex for their shipping or i would have never purchased it. I would givr them no stars if i could
Useless! Person showed no knowledge and no motivation and no kindness. We wanted to ship a package of medical supplies to our son and he said the system was down at all offices and then said, "Next". No apologies. Never go here!
I had bought stuff online and the shipping address got messed up. I put a change shipment destination ticket in. and i never knew if it was corrected or still going to the wrong address. The people at this location helped me get in touch with FedEx counter service and I was able to get the shipment sent to this location. The people here helped me a ton and were super friendly. Anthony and Jade provided great customer service.
