The staff here is great. Ihad a simple question the automated system couldn't deal with. I finally got a person I could hardly understand who didn't know. 4 departments later I was given the wrong information. If my company wasn't paying for this I would never use this company
Been ordering a monthly order to be picked up at this location for a long time now. Usually there aren’t much issues, but today really irritated me. My FedEx app showed my order arrived a couple days ago, so I went to pick it up while running errands today. The lady said she couldn’t find my order despite me giving her my ID and last 4 digits of the tracking number. Very condescending employee. Unintuitive kiosk. Had to wait in line a long time, understaffed.
