The girls there were soo helpful and kind. I’m not sure what other people are saying about them being rude. But absolutely not rude at all. They were joking and they were so kind to help me with my Manual something Office Depot said they couldn’t do. Definitely going back!
If I could give them negative stars I would. Don’t waste your time here. Staff is rude, condescending and liars. They literally were just making up rules as they went. I did exactly as they asked of me, returned to the store and then someone else made up a new rule so again I have to return for a third time to simply ship a package. It’s all so ridiculous and silly and unnecessary. They literally just care about you purchasing things directly from them. They will do anything except send out your package. Amazing came in for help. Received our Ultra Sound special paper on the print out. Informed could not hot laminate and gave great ideas on how to handle it. Made copy’s for us great Amazing quality! HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND AM THANKFUL FOR THERE HELP. Kyle manager & Rod!
