I was dropping off some parcels at the FedEx location around 4:00 or 4:30 PM this Friday, October 9, 2026. Both of the FedEx receivers were not customer-service friendly—no smile, just straight, cold stone faces. I used to work in retail, and we were trained and always told to be as nice as we can. Although I know we cannot please everybody, we still need to try our best. Both of those receivers need to be retrained.
