Dropped 2 packages for college- one yesterday and one today. Yesterday's experience with Shu was incredible and the pricing was a 100% lower for similar packages to same location for Ground Fedex. David who was 'helping' today was condescending, rude and obnoxious in answering simple questions. And how my second package today ended up being $100 more expensive is inexplicable. And not to mention the snarky behavior of David. Will think twice about spending so much money at this Greenwich franchise.
Huge ripoff. They wanted to charge me $10 for a small box. Really frustrating experience
