I came in and asked what the heaviest, rushing Rigid 11x17 paper they had was for prints and she brought me two of the flimsiest pieces of paper one of which was 8x10!! If you don't understand such a simple request then get a different job or train your staff and stock your store properly!

Unbelievable. Worst service. 3 Workers standing at counter. No one in store. I entered, struggling with a 26 lb oversized box. I'm a 56 year old women. I was clearly struggling even to get the door open. I got the pkg to the counter and asked a worker where I should put it. He tapped the top of the counter, indicating to place it on top of the counter... I clearly could not get the package up on the counter, FINALLY the worker helped in lifting it to the counter.
