Rushed here only lunch break to send a bday gift of cologne from macys to sc and was told they don’t ship cologne lol what??
One person running the whole store in the middle of the day is madness
Terrible customer service. Staff never greeted anyone in line. 2 staff members helping 1 person. Then when I said can I leave soemhting got rude. People can’t wait all day to get a packaged scanned
FedEx continually delivers horrible service across the board.
