Very pleasant Staff, there was a problem I had paid for overnight to get there next day delivery day to arrive at 12 noon I had important papers to get to the next day it wasn't delivery till Thursday which I went on Tuesday to this. It was a poor excuse plus it was costly to send it for next day arrival. I didn't receive any compensation for this, but am sorry that didn't cut it with me for the papers needed to arrive on Wednesday. I won't use FedEx again.
Very pleasant Staff
I must say that the professionalism at the eastern blvd location was much better this time. I was so afraid to go place an order. However, on the two occasions I visited, I received a friendly greeting and I was given much needed assistance. I will return and I hope to find the same of better atmosphere. Appreciate their service.
Just left fed ex....HORRIBLE customer service!!!
Friends don't let friends use FedEx. FedEx delivered my OVERNIGHT envelope after 5 days... Pathetic service.
