Went to this location to send to an APO location and told me they couldn’t send it. That there was no Zip code. And the Military told our children to send through FedEx. Didn’t know if the young man just did not want to work that day are not. But others people used this location to send theirs boxes off. So SAD. Had to use post office and smaller boxes to send my daughter stuff off. Just SAD!!
LOVE these amazing ppl!!! The staff takes care of business lk a boss!! I went from shipping USPS to FedEx bc of the fantastic service I get in this facility. My packages are always delivered correctly & if I need boxing &/or a label it's so reasonable & helpful & the money I save on printing labels I can now spend on boxing which they help me do efficiently & it's all a game changer with their personal service. I didn’t get her name, but the associate that opened on the morning of 02/26/2025 has definitely decided for me that I will NEVER visit that location again. For one, she was late opening the store and there were 2 older customers waiting to come in. She opened the store with an attitude like we were bothering her for being there early. Worst service. Gave me hard time, sent me 30min away even though they had the package. They don’t know what they are doing!!!
