I didn’t get her name, but the associate that opened on the morning of 02/26/2025 has definitely decided for me that I will NEVER visit that location again. For one, she was late opening the store and there were 2 older customers waiting to come in. She opened the store with an attitude like we were bothering her for being there early. Worst service. Gave me hard time, sent me 30min away even though they had the package. They don’t know what they are doing!!!

Super slow delivery with FedEx and post office both. It’s almost gauranteed my shipments will not arrive on time. I’ve had tons of refunds given to me bc my package was suddenly “lost in the mail “. One of the many joys of residing in good ol AL. Most here are definitely not the brightest crayon in the box. Or let’s be honest, they are lucky to even be in the same box with the bright crayons at all. Sorry not sorry!

I needed something packaged and shipped. Came in the store, 1 person behind the counter assisting 2 people together designing something for printing. I'm the only other customer in the store. Then an elderly lady comes in with a prepaid package. After being in the store for 5 minutes, the girl acknowledged us 2 and asked what we needed. I told her pack n ship and the lady, a drop and receipt. She handled the lady and she said she would be with me in a minute. No problem, I understand. Simply outstanding customer service from manager, Tanya, Jasmine, and Juan!!! We had a large mission critical project for work printing over 60 pounds of paper. They made our project their project and even stayed open late to help us meet a deadline. Don’t think about going anywhere else. This is the place!
