I had a package delivered to the hotel I am staying in and nobody in the front desk was able to help me but honestly, I don’t think they really looked hard. I figured the package was lost or somebody else had taken it. Then I went to the FedEx and Cindi was immensely, helpful, courteous, extremely professional and patient. The package was at the bottom of a huge pile. She looked through the entire thing, found it for me and saved my trip. I can’t thank her and the FedEx center at the JW Marriott enough

I do not recommend Marco Island fedex. Unless you enjoy wasting your money and rude, unprofessional employees!

Yes, there is a drop off fee, HOWEVER, if you want to make sure your package gets mailed on time - I would go here. We found out, the hard way, that the "drop off" locations do not guarantee pickup. We took a package to a drop off at 11:20 AM. Paid for our Express, Next Day delivery for property closing docs. We were told it would be picked up by 4:30PM. They are full service but have a handling fee by weight. If you are dropping off your package, YOU DON’T WANT TO PAY. Go to another one
