Great experience getting a single page shipping label printed off. Short line, plenty of helpful staff, and reasonable printing price. Highly recommend this location.
The staff working last night went above and beyond to help me. I had a mailing emergency- my husband lost his car keys in a remote ski village in Michigan and I needed to overnight him the spare. I arrive at 5:55pm (they close at 6pm on Saturdays) and bring my two high energy toddlers with me. Both staff members greeted me kindly as if it were the middle of the day. Dont usually have issues with this location, but employee didnt let me finish explaining the situation before guy told me he could do nothing. My issue isnt things taking long to retrieve, but how I was treated. I come in to print documents every few weeks as I dont own a printer. I wasnt printing anymore than I usually do and I have printed bigger pdf jobs than this one and yes those took usually took a little bit longer to retrieve. Hands-down, the experience I had at this. FedEx was probably the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere in years. I had to ship a very oversized package that didn’t fit in the standard size box. Ralph, Mihrena (I’m sure I’m misspelling, oops!) and the entire team at the store were beyond helpful. They helped me figure out the cheapest way to package it up, helped me pack the entire thing, worked with me to figure out the best shipping options, and made it so that I could return other more expensive packing materials... read more
