Not sure why this FedEx store has a poor rating. My experience has generally been positive. Usually no wait and the employees are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking with spots in front of the store. My only recommendation would be for lever/button to open the door automatically when carrying large packages.
Update spring 2026: Still garbage. These losers don't even greet customers when they enter the store. They just stare at you like zombies. Rude and lazy staff. There are better FedEx locations. The guys here are not helpful. Their attitude sucks. They won't even help you with the door if you're the only person in the store and you're leaving with a heavy box. I won't be back.
