I've had the displeasure of dealing with a very unpleasant rude man a few times at this location. He very coldly told me he would not take the box I had and I need to pay for an additional box. I was shipped the item in this box originally and have returned items from the seller before in same package. I Left and I went to a different location where they took the item no problem. Big thanks to Adam for helping me out earlier today. This dude is a trooper. However, as I was setting myself up for the print station, another customer came in and reamed Adam out when he tried to explain something about missing information, but this lady was just not listening and becoming increasingly rude and aggressive.
