They work so late. Whenever I ordered smth from online , they never delivered packages on time , and everytime they are saying “ incorrect address “ . Teach to your workers how to work properly. If you don’t find apartment, ask to the office in the entrance of building .
Five minutes ago I walked in for service. The door was open and unlocked. Out of nowhere a Fed ex employee comes out with a very rude tone. I try to calm her down and tell her that since it was unlocked was the reason I attempted to open, She refused to give me her name as I told her I would be reaching out to her corporation. Customer service is absolutely bad. I can imagine how she treats other customers.
