HORRIBLE experience by a mean, hateful, condescending, loud woman that had a name tag on her chest labeled as Joy, when she was far from Joyful..... more like pain and hatred almost immediately towards me in that Germantown , location on Poplar Avenue today.. I simply asked her one question and she blew it up into a World War 3 melodrama. This is not the standard that Fedex wants exhibited by their frontline people.
