Services was excellent. I walked in had not wait. Handed the customer service representative my return package, received my receipt and was done. Less than 5 minutes total time.
Never had any issues with any of their staff. Have always been willing to help and go the extra mile.
Fantastic experience! I came in with a few different printing tasks and wasn’t even totally sure what I needed, but Nell (who was holding down the whole store by herself!) was incredibly helpful. She took the time to consult with me, made great suggestions, and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Super professional and kind — really appreciated her help!
