Omg these people are so lazy. You literally ask them to deliver your items to the door and they simply refuse it’s ridiculous. I had these people deliver a bed to my mailroom like what is wrong with these people. Do your job and enjoy it or don’t do it at all. I actually used to work for FedEx and we would always deliver to peoples door not to a mail room. SO LAZY!!!
According to employees, nothing they can do. Even though google store return says to take it to any FedEx store for return process, evidently this store doesn't have the system setup to do it? Very strange. At least let customers know before they make an attempt. Corporate mail not mailing well at all.
No parking ! Couldn't find the entrance !!!!
CROOKS!!! Handling fees and trying to make me pay for filler on a box sending tshirts???? My company spends hundreds of thousands If not millions of dollars shipping with FedEx every single day and this is the treatment I get at a local ship station will never go into the JW Marriott to ship anything ever again and highly suggest you don’t either.
