I recently was searching for a lost package & this was the only Nashville local phone number I could find, so called them in a last ditch effort. I spoke with Lisa on the phone & she went above & beyond to help get me answers. Although we didn't completely fix my problem, she took time out of her day to do some digging on my behalf and call me back with what she found. Just wanted to leave a positive compliment for Lisa!!
OMG, best shipping experience ever in my life Lisa at the desk, knew exactly all the right numbers to search up my package shipping needs and she knew even where Canada was when UPS didn’t know. Lisa is an angel! Will definitely be back to ship more packages. Highly recommend.

Omg these people are so lazy. You literally ask them to deliver your items to the door and they simply refuse it’s ridiculous. I had these people deliver a bed to my mailroom like what is wrong with these people. Do your job and enjoy it or don’t do it at all. I actually used to work for FedEx and we would always deliver to peoples door not to a mail room. SO LAZY!!!
