Great experience office is on fourth floor
Terry was amazing. Received email, printed, and then cut 25 card stock menus. Amazing employee. Praise be Terry! Back up Terry! back it up, oh lawd Terry! Put it in reverse! 4th floor in the hotel.
Great experience- Terry and Michelle were extremely helpful in getting my large print order completed perfectly and ahead of schedule!
Terrible shop, charge 20 dollar fees for items - returns etc. worst experience avoid at all costs
Upon using the FedEx office in a hotel, I was met with a $2 handling fee after a prepaid label transaction and a considerable wait time. The fee was only disclosed after I emailed my label, which dampened the otherwise efficient printing services. A clearer upfront notification about such fees is needed.
