Staff is terrible!! They would rather point you to self service or put you off until the next day hoping you don’t come back. The gentleman look at his watch when I came in and said they only had 30 minutes until they closed and that they were backed up with a print job. The absolute least he could have done was looked at the file and put in the order even if it wouldn’t be done until tomorrow.
Not sure the name of the woman who was working Friday June 6th at 10am at this 380 location, but you are an angel and need a promotion!! Thank you for the best service I’ve had at fedex!
worst customer service Ezakel I believe that’s how you spell his name had the worst Customer Service need proper training would not recommend anyone to go to this FedEx. He was communicating on his phone and texting while ignoring me while I was at this location he told me the manager does not work there anymore. And they don’t have a manager when I requested one
