Fed ex person supposed to pick up the package imma report them the people who over them ans I make sure everyone loose their job
Customer service here has been inconsistent, and unfortunately today was not a good experience. I understand that the assistant manager was busy handling shipments and multitasking, but customer service should still remain a top priority. Every time a customer walks through the door, they should feel acknowledged and valued, regardless of how busy things are behind the scenes.
