Please do better! I was Surprised by the service at this outlet not accepting $100 bill for a $50 shipment!? Doesn’t make sense and refused to split the cost between a credit card and lower tinder based on their own inadequate policies. Which I am positive are not Fedex corporate policy.

I’m writing to formally express my disappointment with the customer service I recently experienced at your Frisco location, 1555 US Hwy 380 Ste 500, Frisco, TX 75033. During my visit, I requested a single copy of a photo to be printed. Instead of being met with a helpful and welcoming attitude, the associate I encountered responded negatively and told me I would need to make an appointment in order to have one photo printed. Terrible experience at this FedEx location. The front desk staff clearly don’t care about customers — no courtesy, no willingness to help, and zero professionalism. Asking for basic information about prices or shipping felt like a bother to them. It’s shocking how careless the service has become. We badly need a new, customer-friendly FedEx store on 380 or 1385. Definitely not coming back here again.

Absolutely garbage! Can’t even coil bound a workbook, apparently their machine is “a little bit wonky” so they will only coil bound things that they print. I’ve heard some excuses before but this one was priceless! Other FedEx office locations do this with no problem at all…I would never recommend this location to anyone.
