Terrible experience at this FedEx location. The front desk staff clearly don’t care about customers — no courtesy, no willingness to help, and zero professionalism. Asking for basic information about prices or shipping felt like a bother to them. It’s shocking how careless the service has become. We badly need a new, customer-friendly FedEx store on 380 or 1385. Definitely not coming back here again.
Absolutely garbage! Can’t even coil bound a workbook, apparently their machine is “a little bit wonky” so they will only coil bound things that they print. I’ve heard some excuses before but this one was priceless! Other FedEx office locations do this with no problem at all…I would never recommend this location to anyone.
