The FEDEX driver deliberately not ring the door bell. Just left a tag quietly and conveniently claimed nobody home. I guess so that he didn't need to drag the super heavy package around. We were home all morning waiting. Now we have no choice but drive there to pick up. We mentioned it to FEDEX staff, but obviously they don't care.

Terrible experience at this FedEx location while returning a laptop to B&H. I brought the laptop in the original shipping box and protective bubble wrap that B&H had used to send it to me. The employee immediately told me the packaging was "unacceptable" and even said he had "never seen packaging like that before." When I explained that this was literally the original packaging from B&H, he responded by saying he would mark the package as "uninspected" and that FedEx would not be responsible for any damage. This is a horrible Fed ex. I have about 70 pages to scan, had to make 6 copies. The lady asked me to authorize an amount and needed to do $100. The machine messed up and it took the authorization $100. She told me to go to the other machine and authorize $100 and the machine messed up now I am in $200. She then said, she can charge me another $100 to make it happen and acting like no regard for what I am feeling ( like oh well for me ) Customer service is nothing like it used too be. Baheer and Erica helped me with printing out images for a trifold board for an upcoming volunteering event. They both were super friendly, helpful and professional! Thank you so much, I absolutely loved how the final images turned out :)
