“I went in to drop off my company gas expense payment like I have every month for the past two years, and the employee (Erica) suddenly refused to take it because I didn’t have a phone number for the company. My company has an active account with FedEx, so that should be more than enough information to process a simple envelope. No one has ever asked me for a phone number before. Located in a small strip mall right across the busy Pacific Commons Shopping Center, this is one of the larger FedEx stores. My experience is mostly based on the drop offs, which have always been easy and smooth.
