Horrible service. This was supposed to be a drop off location with the QR code however they want you to supply your own packaging and pay for packaging materials despite only needing to drop off your items with a QR code They offered no resolution other than purchasing their own materials. I even brought in a second return that was in a box and they denied it because they said that the box would not ship properly so I should purchase their own box. I can understand not enjoying rush orders. I didn't enjoy the extenuating circumstances that lead to it it needing to be done so quickly. But to pretend not to receive the job via the FedEx email, and then wait to tell me until after the fact that there was an extra charge for this, that was in itself more than the job was worth and then being upset that it didn't upset me is just weird. Had good experience here.
Complete disaster dealing with fed ex. They do not care about the customer. I was told it was not their problem by Denise Pemberton when I was trying to revive a package. I had photo ID as well the receipt on my phone as proof. I was told I cannot receive my package and was forced to cancel my order for new work boots that I needed for work. Horrible experience you all should know about when dealing with fed ex
