I live in Stafford virginia and my streets are clear from the snow sense Saturday 1/31/2026. I am still waiting on my packages, I understand the weather was bad last week and they could not deliver them, but School busses are running on my street, The mail is being delivered and the UPS has delivered packages to my tailor.when I look at the website it says it's in the local warehouse. Very bad customer service. When you call on the phone, you can only get the robo-caller. The system will not connect you to a real person, then it disconnects.
