I shipped something highly valuable and Marshall packed and let me inspect it before sealing it up. He was very accommodating and Fed Ex should be happy they have him. Give him a raise, he's worth keeping!
I frequent this location for getting blue prints printed out. Valerie is awesome to work with, can not be at her as far as customer service goes. Anywhere else I go seems to have issues working the larger printers.
The manager was very rude and disrespectful. She didn't help me with the copy machine and watched me copy my document upside down and didn't help me with the refund. Very rude and disrespectful 2/26 was the date. Very unprofessional and rude. I recommend not to go back.
