Staff is always very professional and helpful, but I was caught off guard when I came in to print a few documents. I disliked the prepay process on the computer..when I tried to print my documents on the computer it said that I did not purchase enough time and did not have the funds to print document in color and that the session would end without giving me a chance to purchase more time resulting in me paying for no reason. I was told to instead scan QR code and do everything from my phone which was confusing and cumbersome... read more
I am a small business owner and use this shipping location almost daily. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them and FedEx. They have been great partners.
Roy is professional, thoughtful, and very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to figure out creative ways to overcome our unique challenges to successfully complete our projects. Multiple times. Roy is incredible! We are not going anywhere else because Roy is working in this location.
The staff was super friendly and accommodating!
