I shipped 11 boxes of household items to Florida. The staff at the store told me to be sure and put lots of padding in the boxes so I put several inches of bubble wrap along the insides of the boxes and around the individual items. Most of the boxes arrived partially crushed and some of them had gouges in them. I sent a picture of my home to a friend and the boxes happened to be in the picture. They told me that the package will be delivered in 2 days. However it was delayed by 2 days. When I called the customer service, all they told me that it was delayed l, with out giving any reason. I went with FedEx as I thought they are reliable with the ETA that they promised but I burnt my fingers. I am never going with them again.
